She leads BackerSkeie’s digital marketing and, through her role in the Back Office, contributes to recruitment processes by handling administrative tasks. She also plays a key role in following up with clients, candidates, and visitors to BackerSkeie.

Ida holds a Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Psychology from BI Norwegian Business School. She also has a bachelor’s degree in International Management from BI, which included a year abroad at ESADE in Barcelona.
